Return and Refund Policy – Jagson Engineering

Thank you for shopping at Jagson Engineering (www.jagsonengineering.com). We manufacture and sell premium diamond cutting tools, saw blades, and construction cutting equipment across India.

1. Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided:
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• The return request is raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
• A valid reason for return is provided (defective product, wrong item received, or damage during transit).

Products that cannot be returned:
• Products that have been used or show signs of use.
• Custom-made or specially fabricated products.
• Products damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at [email protected] or call +91-9782719289 within 5 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
3. Our team will review and approve/reject the return within 2 business days.
4. Upon approval, ship the product back to: Jagson Engineering, 37 Navjeevan Complex, Station Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302006.
5. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account.
• No restocking fee is charged.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
